Before being able to stake FEED, you have to have some in your wallet. Here is a guide on how to buy FEED. No withdrawal, deposit, or other fees are associated with staking, and there is no timelock. If you want to learn more about the FEED distribution, then click here.
Step 2: Then open the "Staking" tab and press the "Approve"-button. Submit the transaction and wait a few seconds until it is confirmed by the network. The "Approve"-button goes away after successful approval.

Step 3: Enter how much you would like to stake, and then press "Deposit FEED". Approve the transaction and wait a few seconds until your transaction has been confirmed.
Step 4: After the successful confirmation of your transaction, you have successfully staked your FEED!
